Melrose Care Home | Design and Planning Submission

Delighted to share the Concept Design & Planning Submission [RIBA Stages 2-3], we have created for a site on the edge of Cardiff for an 80-90 bed care home. The site has had a pre-application submission made, and we are awaiting the outcome of the feedback before proceeding to a formal planning application on the site. Warner Planning has been appointed as the lead and planning consultant for the project.

It is a 50-70,000 sq ft care home over 4 storeys,  80-90 beds care home with Plant/kitchen/staff quarters potential in the basement.
