We’re delighted to share that we’ve recently gained planning permission for this great development in Wollaston.

The proposal looks to redevelop an existing residential site to create a small mews with four units and retain the existing house. The scale of development has been driven by site constraints and has been sensitively developed to create a positive addition to the street scene.

The new units are well sized and will provide additional housing to a village with a number of amenities and with good links to London and Milton Keynes via nearby road and railway connections. The chosen materiality is in-keeping with the surrounding area and the built form of chalet bungalows was chosen to keep the development low level and discrete within the street scene.

Restoring the existing two storey house at the front, allows the street scene on London Road to be the retained.
It is hoped that the scheme is viewed positively as a considered development that is of benefit to the local area and will be approved.
