Takes responsibility for all design decisions and manages the direction of any given design team, providing continuity and client focused support.
Develops project briefs and tests project outcomes to ensure clients are well informed and projects meet expectations. Neil also offers contract procurement advice tailored to clients’ project needs.

Whitley Bridge South | Eggborough
Industrial | £43million
The proposed construction of a new flour milling production and distribution facility, which will enable the client to increase their range of product in the UK and enhance their existing distribution network.
The project comprises of a new 800 tonne mill and associated silos, warehousing, laboratory and welfare areas. The new structures will be highly energy efficient, using pioneering construction techniques and industry leading technology to create a world leading facility.
Castle Quay | St Helier
Dandara Jersey Ltd | £120million
A large mixed use development comprising high-end residential apartments and commercial retail space. The brief was to create dwellings that would attract high-value occupants to the island, while creating a destination point on the waterfront with links through to a new marina and public open space.
The development comprised of four blocks of accommodation over 340 units, basement car parking, and terraced roof gardens. The balconies allowed fantastic views out to sea.

Dandara Jersey Ltd | £35million
A BREEAM-rated ‘very good’ office building situated in a prime location within the financial quarter of St Helier. The brief was to develop contemporary and striking offices that would mark a clear change in aesthetic with the existing street scene, while utilising local materials.
The 7 storey block offered highly efficient office space with an additional level of basement parking.
